5 Chances I never Pass up
If you know me, you know that sometimes I like to play it safe sometimes. (Okay more like all of the times!) I'm not one to go outside my comfort zone and try new things unless I have read every blog post, review, and asked about 25 different people for their opinions first. If you've lived to tell about it, then I will too, right?
But I've learned life is more fun when you take chances! And wouldn't you want to look back at life and be thankful for all the crazy, stupid stories you have rather than all the boring times you were scared to take that leap of faith? I sure would! Here are 5 chances I'll never pass up!
1. A chance learn
I am a nerd. Like BIG nerd. You can give thanks to my dad and brothers for raising me on Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and Marvel. But I love to learn new things! Whether that be reading The History of Oklahoma or learning how to make sushi, I'm all for it!

2. A chance to travel
I think I might have a bucket list solely of places I want to visit. No joke. I will never pass up a chance to go see new places, and learn about new people and cultures. There are so many different things we can gain by educating ourselves in culture.

3. A chance to try a new food
I will also make an ode to my father on this, one! He for sure did not raise a picky eater! As much as I love to cook, I love to try new restaurants and explore all the different options the culinary world has to offer. If anyone wants to try a new restaurant in town, let me know! Maybe I'll even pay the bill! ;)
4. A chance to read a new book
Ummm so if you could't tell, I read. A lot. Words have so much power to me. If you tell me you've read this amazing book, you 100% better know that you might have to loan it to me. No worries though, I'll have it read and back in your hands by the end of the week!

5. A chance to love others
I'm never going to pass up a chance to go the extra mile for someone. In fact, "No" is not a commonly used word in my vocabulary. I think the most incredible stories come out of helping and loving on others. And the best part about it is if it's truly coming from a place of love, it doesn't take much effort.
What chances do you never miss out on? What chances have you been scared to take? I promise you, there's more of a chance you won't regret it if you just go for it.
Simply, sincerely,
Maddie
